Contact Account Managers regarding all claims.

All returns must be approved by Fibreworks®. Return Authorizations are issued by the Fibreworks® Customer Service department. No material will be received without a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to inspection.

Restocking Fees and Freight charges may apply:

50% Restocking Fee on Bordered Area Rugs
25% Restocking Fee on Broadloom Carpet and Loose Borders
No material will be received without RA and proper packaging.
